Capabilities

What Firm Dashboard handles

Status by client

Every client for the period: preparing, needs documents, has mismatches, or ready for review. Filter by partner, manager or filing type.

Deadline calendar

GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, IFF and TDS dates driven by each client’s profile, with the clients at risk against each date.

Staff workload

Open items and review batches per team member, so work can be moved before someone is overloaded in the last week.

Review order

Clients ready for review are ordered by deadline and value at stake. The partner can start at the top and work down.

Month over month

See how early each client reached ready compared with previous months, and which clients consistently arrive late.

Exports for your records

Status and working papers can be exported per client for your files and for internal review.

In detail

What each status means

Where the professional stays in charge

Questions

Asked by firms evaluating this module

Can managers see only their own clients?

Yes. Visibility follows role and assignment. Partners see the whole firm, managers see their teams, and staff see the clients assigned to them.

Does it include non-GST deadlines?

The calendar covers GST and TDS dates tied to the bookkeeping cycle. Other compliance dates can be added as custom reminders per client.

Can we see which reviewer approved what?

Every approval shows the reviewer, the time and any note. The same record is kept in the audit trail.

Is there a view for multiple offices?

Firms on the Network plan can view status across offices or branch by branch, with access controlled per office.

Bring a month of real documents from two or three clients. We will run them through the engine with you and show you the review queue they produce.
